Mixing of QSP40

Zhimetao QSP40 is usually used for the preparation of gypsum fast-setting powder, which can be mixed with other dry materials in mixing equipment available in the market to produce powdery finished products, but it must be thoroughly mixed. Since QSP40 has thermoplasticity, the mixing time should be kept as short as possible to avoid a significant increase in temperature caused by high shear force. When mixing powdery finished products, water is usually added to the appropriate container in the required amount, and then the powdery dry-mixed materials are added while stirring. Excessive stirring can introduce excessive bubbles. The mixed material should not be mixed too much at one time, and the mixed material should be used within the specified time.

Packaging and storage

Standard packaging: 25kg paper bag packaging, lined with polyethylene film bag.
Special packaging requirements can also be provided.

The basic principle is to suggest storing Zhimeitang QSP40 in a cool, dry, ventilated place indoors and using it within 6 months. If the packaging bag is stacked, damaged, or left open for too long, it may cause clumping.
