6mm waterless polypropylene fiber mixing

Polypropylene fibers can be mixed with other dry materials to produce dry-mixed mortar, but they must be thoroughly mixed. It is recommended to add the polypropylene fibers to the powder material in batches and mix well before adding the aggregates. If there are fibers that have not been dispersed, the mixing time can be appropriately extended. When mixing water with polypropylene fiber mortar, the mixing water is usually added to the container in the required amount, and then the dry powder is added while stirring, and the mortar should be mixed mechanically.


Packaging and storage

Standard packaging: 20kg/bag (divided into 20 small bags, each 1kg).
Special packaging requirements can also be met with other types of packaging.

The basic principle is to suggest that the waterless polypropylene fiber of Zhi Meitang be stored indoors in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. It is strictly prohibited to pile it together with chemical corrosive materials. The storage period is 18 months from the date of production.
