Mixing of cellulose ethers

Zhimeitang 400cps can be mixed with other dry materials in commercially available mixing equipment to produce powdered products, but it must be thoroughly mixed evenly. When mixing the powdered product, it is common to inject the mixing water in a suitable container according to the required amount, and then add the powdered dry mixture while stirring. Stirring too vigorously will introduce excess air bubbles. The mixture should be left to stand for a short while before use. Let it stand for about 1 to 5 minutes depending on the performance of the other additives.

Standard packaging: 25kg paper bag, lined with polyethylene film bag

The basic principle is that Zhimeitang 400cps should be stored indoors in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place and used up within six months. Clumping may occur if the packaging bags are piled up under pressure, damaged or left open for too long.
