Scope of application

Suitable for wall and floor bases, improve the surface performance of the base.

The use of NE703

Construction conditions: it is necessary to ensure that the base surface and ambient temperature are not lower than +5 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 70%, and the ventilation is good.
Base treatment: remove floating dust, oil stains and loose layers, and repair cracks and loose parts first. Ensure the base is clean, without looseness, floating dust, oil stains, and no visible water.
Mixing configuration: The product can be diluted with water and mixed evenly before use, and the specific dilution ratio should be determined by trial. The base is dry and has a high water absorption rate, so it can be diluted more with water, but the quality of water added should not exceed 5 times the original milk.
Construction method: rolling brush or spraying can be used, evenly brushed, no missing. It is better to brush two times to ensure the effect of closure, wait for the first time to dry before brushing the second time, and the second time to brush the direction as vertical as possible to the first time.
Finished product protection: Natural curing is sufficient after construction, ensuring ventilation. The next process can be carried out only after the interface agent is completely dry (about 12h), and subsequent construction must not damage the interface layer.
Precautions: The amount of interface agent mixed at one time should not be too much, and it should be used up within 12h, and it may spoil and deteriorate if left for a long time.
Construction tools should be thoroughly washed with clean water immediately after use.
This product is not recommended to be mixed with color paste.

Packaging and storage

Standard packaging: 50kg drum packed with inner polyethylene film bag.
Special packaging requirements can also be met with other types of packaging.

The basic principle is to suggest sealing and storing Zhimeitang NE703 at 5℃～35℃, avoiding high temperature, direct sunlight and freezing. And use it up within 6 months. The product that has been opened should be used as soon as possible, and the unused part should be sealed in time, and if necessary, add bacteriostatic and preservative.
