PC680 mixing

PC680 Smart Beauty Hall can be mixed with other dry materials to produce dry-mixed mortar, but it must be thoroughly mixed; it can also be mixed with water in proportion to prepare it as a liquid for use. This product is not recommended to be compounded with other types of water reducing agents (especially naphthalene-based water reducing agents). When mixing the powder with water, the required amount of mixing water is usually added to an appropriate container, and then the powdery dry-mixed material is added while stirring, with a mixing time of not less than 30 s. Excessive stirring can introduce excessive bubbles. The mixture should be left to stand for a moment before use. The standing time is about 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the performance of other additives.

Packaging and storage

Standard packaging: 25kg paper bag packaging, lined with polyethylene film bag.
Special packaging requirements can also be provided.

The basic principle is to suggest that Zhimeitang PC680 be stored indoors in a cool, dry, ventilated place, paying attention to moisture-proofing, and avoiding direct sunlight. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production, and if it exceeds the expiration date, it can only be used after being verified by a test and inspection. If the packaging bag is damaged or the opening time is too long, it may lead to moisture absorption and deterioration.
