Mixing of homogeneous thixotropic agents

In the production of dry-mixed mortar, HTA3510A can be mixed with other dry materials to produce powdered products, but it must be thoroughly mixed evenly. Because HTA3510A is thermoplastic, the mixing time should be shortened as much as possible to avoid the significant temperature rise caused by high shear force resulting in caking. When mixing the powdered product with water, the mixing water is usually injected into a suitable container in the required amount, and then the dry-mixed powder is added while stirring. Too vigorous stirring will introduce excess air bubbles. Wet mortar will work better when left to stand for 3 to 5 minutes and then stirred slowly again before use.

Packaging and storage

Standard packaging: 25kg paper-plastic composite packaging, lined with polyethylene film bag.
Other types of packaging are also available upon special request.

The basic principle is that it is recommended to store Zhimeitang HTA3510A in a dry location with a temperature below 42 ° C and avoid exposure to high temperatures or high humidity. And use up within six months. If the packaging bag is piled up under pressure, damaged, or opened for too long, it may cause clumping.
