Mixing of homogeneous thixotropic agents

In the production process of dry-mix mortar, HTA5510A can be mixed with other dry materials to produce powdery products, but they must be fully mixed. When adding water to a powdered product, typically fill a suitable container with the required amount of mixing water and then add the powdered dry mix while stirring. Excessive stirring may damage the lightweight aggregate structure and introduce excess air bubbles. For best results, let the wet mortar sit for 3 to 5 minutes before stirring slowly again.

Packaging and storage

Standard packaging : 25kg paper-plastic composite packaging lined with polyethylene film bag.
Other types of packaging are also available upon special request.

As a general rule, we recommend storing the Zhimeitang HTA5510A in a dry place below 42°C , avoiding exposure to high temperatures and humidity. It should also be used within six months. If the packaging is stacked under pressure, damaged, or left unopened for extended periods, it may cause clumping.
