1 Visit the Zhimeitang Test site
The first stop of the event is a visit to the Zhimeitang Test Field at 9 a.m. on June 3. The Irimebe team demonstrated the experiment of using slag for dry-laid leveling mortar.
Comrade Chen Xiaoyun, chief engineer of Zhimeitang New Materials, explained one by one the various samples of ultra-high strength gypsum-based self-leveling and the sample of the self-leveling tiling ten-year research plan, and guided everyone to observe the durability of the mortar by watering on the spot.
The samples were poured from September 2023 to May this year, both indoors and outdoors, and were of great help to the development of new mortar materials.
2 Technical Exchange Conference
On the afternoon and evening of June 3rd and the morning of June 4th, everyone will gather in the conference room to listen to technical reports and have heated discussions.
Li Qiang, director of the Iridium Lab, reported on the properties and applications of lightweight aggregates such as slag, slag, glass microspheres, and glass microspheres, as well as comparative test data of cement-based tile adhesive and α gypsum-based tile adhesive.
Chen Xiaoyun, chief engineer of Zhimeitang New Materials, focused on the research on the water resistance of ultra-high strength gypsum-based self-leveling.
Zhu Alu, the R&D manager of Zhimeitang Gypsum, reported on the progress of research on the comprehensive utilization of several new types of industrial by-product gypsum, the performance of new gypsum additives, and trained Zhimeitang's enterprise standard for homogeneous thixotropic agents.
3 Clarify the research tasks
On the afternoon of June 4th, the company specifically organized technical experts to have in-depth communication on the details of the meeting, and at the same time clarified the research tasks for the second half of the year.
In recent years, the mortar industry has been booming, and Zhimeitang has also been making progress.
