Mixing of OBT1201

The OBT1201 Zhi Mei Tang can be mixed with other dry materials in the marketable mixing equipment to produce powdery finished products. Since the OBT1201 contains free water, excessive temperature can lead to dehydration, and the mixing time should be kept as short as possible to avoid significant temperature increases caused by high shear force. When mixing powdery finished products, the required amount of mixing water is usually added to a suitable container and then the powdery dry-mixed materials are added while stirring. Excessive stirring can introduce excessive air bubbles. The mixture should be left to stand for a moment before use. The standing time is about 1 to 5 minutes depending on the performance of other additives.

Packaging and storage

Standard packaging: 25kg double-layer coated packaging, lined with polyethylene film bag.
Special packaging requirements can also be provided.

The basic principle is to recommend storing Zimei Tang OBT1201 in a dry place at a temperature below 42℃ and to use it within 6 months. If the packaging bag is stacked, damaged, or left open for too long, it may cause clumping.
