Scope of application

Significantly improve the workability and anti sagging properties of lightweight plastering gypsum, and increase the coating rate.

Homogenization of the thixotropic agent

During the production process of dry-mixed mortar, HTA4510A can be mixed with other dry materials to produce powdery finished products, but it must be fully mixed. Since HTA4510A has thermoplastic properties, the mixing time should be kept as short as possible to avoid significant temperature increases caused by high shear force, which can lead to clumping. When mixing water with powdery finished products, it is usual to pour the required amount of mixing water into an appropriate container and then add the powdery dry-mixed materials while stirring. Too vigorous stirring may destroy the structure of the lightweight aggregate and introduce excessive air pockets. The wet mortar is better used after resting for 3 to 5 min and stirring slowly again.

Packaging and storage

Standard packaging: 25kg paper-plastic composite packaging, lined with polyethylene film bag.
Special packaging requirements can also be met.

The basic principle is to suggest storing Zhimei Tang HTA4510A in a dry place at a temperature below 42℃, avoiding exposure to high temperatures or high humidity. And use it up within 6 months. If the packaging bag is stacked, damaged, or left open for too long, it may cause clumping.
