Mixing of 1788

Zhimeitang 1788 can be mixed with other dry materials in commercially available mixing equipment to produce a powdered product, but thorough mixing is essential. Due to its thermoplastic properties , mixing time should be minimized to avoid significant temperature increases caused by high shear forces. When mixing powdered finished products, usually fill a suitable container with the required amount of mixing water, then add the powdered dry mix while stirring. Too strong stirring will introduce excess air bubbles.

As a general rule, it is recommended that Zhimeitang 1788 be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place indoors and used within 6 months. If the packaging bag is stacked under pressure, damaged, or opened for too long, it may cause caking.
