From September 11th to 13th, 2023, the 'National Forum on High Quality Development of Building Decoration Substrate and Technical Exchange Conference on Home Decoration Mortar Production and Application' hosted by Gypsum Building Materials Network was successfully held in Tai'an, Shandong. This grand event gathered over 800 industry experts, scholars, and representatives of mortar companies from across the country to deeply discuss the latest technologies, development trends, and innovative applications in the home decoration mortar industry. As one of the planning units of this conference, Zhimeitang shared the latest experimental data.
The report by Yang Jiaguo, Technical Director of Zhimeitang, is titled 'Current Status and Breakthrough Thinking of Ordinary Gypsum Based Self leveling - Alpha Gypsum and Ultra High Strength Gypsum Based Self leveling'. The report analyzes the current situation of ordinary gypsum based self leveling and proposes the necessity of using alpha gypsum to produce ultra-high strength self leveling. The SGT method alpha gypsum used in the report data was jointly developed by Hubei Zhengxianda Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhimeitang. This alpha gypsum has high strength, low investment cost, and low operating cost. The self leveling dry compressive strength of the prepared product is as high as 57.2MPa, making it a new generation of high-performance gypsum cementitious material.

The report by Zhu Ailu, R&D manager of Zhimeitang, is titled 'Interpretation of the New Standard for Plastering Gypsum and Raw Materials and Formulas'. The new standard GB/T 28627-2023 for plastering gypsum will be officially implemented on October 1st this year. The new standard has significant changes compared to the old standard, and there are some difficulties in understanding the testing methods for certain technical requirements. Manager Zhu conducted a comprehensive and easy to understand analysis, reporting on the over standard formulas and experimental data for lightweight plaster gypsum and heavy plaster gypsum specified in the new standards.

After the release of two reports by Zhimeitang, the response was very enthusiastic, and friends in attendance came to the Zhimeitang booth to consult and exchange gypsum related technologies.
