Meeting venue
At the exchange meeting, Director Yang shared a report on the first batch of data on gypsum based self leveling tiling in the past ten years and the properties of alpha high-strength gypsum, comprehensively analyzing the basic properties of alpha gypsum, the current development status of gypsum based self leveling, and introducing the ten-year research plan of Zhimeitang on gypsum based self leveling tiling.

Director Yang pointed out that the development of high-strength alpha gypsum technology is very fast. As of January 10, 2024, lithium battery alpha gypsum prepared by SGT method has a whiteness of 80-85 and a net dry compressive strength of 60-70 MPa. At present, the dry strength of sand containing self leveling mortar produced by Zhimeitang New Materials using high-strength alpha desulfurized gypsum can reach 71.5MPa, with extremely low water consumption, fast drying, and no cracking. High strength alpha gypsum is used for self leveling mortar, whether as a standalone raw material or mixed with beta gypsum, it has enormous value!

Director Yang also announced the pull-out data of the ten-year plan for Zhimeitang gypsum based self leveling tiling at the meeting. We tested the tensile bond strength of the first batch of experimental bricks at 28d, 56d, and 90d. After interface treatment of the high-strength gypsum based self leveling surface and tiling, the tensile bond strength was all greater than 0.5MPa.
After the meeting, Zhimeitang demonstrated the use of alpha gypsum based ultra-high strength self leveling pouring and gypsum based self leveling floor tiling. The attendees actively participated and exchanged ideas with each other, creating a lively atmosphere on site.
At this exchange meeting, both Xinyangfeng and Zhimeitang are very optimistic about the future prospects of alpha high-strength gypsum. High performance gypsum cementitious materials not only save resources, but also meet the market's demand for high-end gypsum building materials, which is of great significance for protecting the ecological environment, energy conservation and emission reduction, and comprehensive resource utilization. We look forward to building Jingmen into the global gypsum capital and becoming a benchmark city for high-strength alpha gypsum products and technology.
